Submit meter reading via app
If you would like to submit your meter reading to Scottish Power on your phone you will be able to do this by downloading the ‘YourEnergyApp’. Once you have downloaded the app you will then be able to log into your Scottish Power account and access any previous meter readings you have made. You will also then be able to use the app to make meter readings by clicking on the option in the menu and entering your results.
Submit meter reading online
If you would like to submit your meter reading online you first need to go to the Scottish Power website and log into your account . Once on your account you can go to the ‘MyAccount’ area and you should see an option saying ‘Enter Meter Reading’. You will then be prompted to enter some relevant information regarding your meter and reading. Once you have completed this your information will be updated and your bill will be more accurate.
Sumbit a meter reading via phone call
If you would like to submit your meter reading to Scottish Power by phone call you can do so by dialling 0800 027 0072. Once on the phone to the member of the Scottish Power staff you need to inform them that you would like to submit a meter reading and they will then ask for some information regarding your meter and some personal information so they can identify your account. You will then need to give information about the meter reading and they will make a note of it to make your bill more accurate.
