You will need to have your account number ready to tell a member of the Scottish Power team. You first need to log into your Scottish Power ‘MyAccount’ or register for your account to manage your supply if you haven’t already. Once you are logged into ‘MyAccount’ you should be able to view your gas supply, under the gas supply menu you should see a button that allows you to order a replacement lost gas card to either your home or a local paypoint. If you wish to replace your lost gas card at your local PayPoint you can do so by first calling the number listed above. Once on the phone to the Scottish Power team explain that you would like to receive a replacement gas card through your local PayPoint. Once you have received your replacement card you will be able to purchase credit for the card.
