You can find out how to report your lost gas card and receive a replacement by following the guide below.
Call Scottish Power About Lost Gas Card
The best way to report your lost gas card is to call the Scottish Power customer services team. You can call the Scottish Power team on 0800 027 0072. You can call the team to inform Scottish Power that you have lost your gas card and whether the card had any money on it that had not been paid into your prepayment meter. You will then be able to organise the delivery of your replacement gas card and how you will receive a refund for the money you have lost with the gas card if possible.
