Flow Energy Customer Services

Contact Flow Energy on this number to get help from customer services. Find out more about their tariffs if you are considering becoming a customer. You can enquire about their fixed and variable home energy plans and sustainability. All of their tariffs are 50% renewable electricity, but you can get a quote for an upgrade to 100% renewable electricity. You can also call for information on energy efficiency or get advice on how to handle energy emergencies.

Flow Energy Bill Payments

Customers should receive their statement from Flow Energy every month by the 10th. You can view statements through your online account on the Flow Energy website. Call the number if you did not receive a statement or you can’t log in to your account. If there is an error on the statement or something you don’t understand then call to clarify it. Call if your Direct Debit monthly payment is lower or higher than usual, or you are having trouble paying bills.

Flow Energy Meters

Should you need advice on how to read a meter or when to submit a meter reading, call this number Call if your meter readings seem to be the wrong way around or you think that an estimated bill is incorrect. You can call for help throughout the process, from delays to meter readings to Direct Debits. Customers deciding to leave Flow Energy can also call about any problems with switching away. They should give you a final bill within 6 weeks and cancel your Direct Debit once you have paid.

Flow Energy Moving Home

If you are moving to a new address, you will need to call Flow Energy on the phone to let them know. They can’t transfer your account to a different property, so they will close down your account and set up a new one if you still want them as your supplier. If not, they won’t charge you an exit fee. You will need to give them a final meter reading to get your final bill. New customers moving into a property with a Flow Energy supply can call to set things up.

If you ever have a complaint about your energy supply from them, then you can call Flow Energy. You can also e-mail complaints@flowenergy.uk.com outside of the office opening hours and they will get back to you. They will assign your complaint to a team member with the relevant experience to resolve it sympathetically. If it takes them too long to investigate, call back and ask to speak with a manager.
