Reporting Your EON Gas Card as Lost
The first thing you need to do to get a replacement EON gas card is to report it, you can report your gas card as lost by calling 0345 052 0000. You just need to inform the EON customer service member that your gas card has been lost and you would like to report it. They will be able to make sure any credit you had on the lost card does not get lost.
Another way of reporting your lost EON gas card is by going to the EON website. You will need to enter some of your personal details including name, address and contact details and then some details about the lost card. If you have used the contact form Monday to Friday 8am-8pm or on Saturday between 8am-6pm you should receive a reply within 15 minutes but if you haven’t you may be best calling the number above to receive a reply instantly.
Replacing Your Lost EON Gas Card
If you called the number to report your EON gas card as lost you will be asked on the phone call how you want to receive your replacement card. You will be given the options of picking it up from a local shop or having it delivered to your home. You will receive your replacement much quicker if you pick it up from a shop as the delivery may take up to 3 days.
If you used the online form to report your gas card as lost at the end of the form you will be asked how you would like to receive your replacement gas card. You are given the same options as above, pick up your replacement gas card from a local shop or have the card delivered to your home. Once you’re contacted back by the EON team you will then be given more information regarding the method you have selected to receive your replacement with or you can change it if you would like to.
